We are working with an established technology and energy infrastructure business that services all aspects of electrical and civil construction for renewable and transmission power projects. **About the role**:
Intro Recruitment is looking for an experienced Project Site Administrator to support an experienced and dynamic project team, commencing ASAP. Reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with the Project Manager, you will gain significant exposure to all facets of the project with a leading technology and energy infrastructure business.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Assist and monitor site entry requirements
- Manage onboarding and induction of new project resources
- Perform site inductions, prepare site packs and collate site dockets
- Coordinate site inspections and site deliveries
- Process invoices, prepare requisitions, goods receipts and raise purchase orders
- Collate and control quality documentation such as ITP's and Timesheets
- Maintain files, records and reports. Collate and distribute reports and correspondence
- Execute travel, equipment hire and on-site equipment requirements as requested
- Assist HSE and Quality teams when required
- Take minutes on client meetings and document interface
- Manage and maintain clothing, PPE and office/site supplies
- General administration and ordering of stationery and staff amenities
- Required to operate in an office and a field based environment pending project requirements.
**Essential skills**:
- Reside in Southeast Queensland
- Previous experience with Aconex software
- Experience in a similar site-based operations position
- Demonstrated project administration experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and organisation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Understanding of WHS requirements and Quality assurance
- Flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements
