The facility features modern CNC turret-punch machines, CNC press-brakes and multi-axis routing systems, supporting a variety of production requirements. Role Overview We're seeking a skilled Machine Operator to work hands-on in the machines section. The role focuses on safely and efficiently operating machinery, ensuring production output meets quality and specification standards. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC turret-punch, CNC press-brake, and multi-axis routing equipment to deliver accurate production output Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and quality checks for each job Prepare materials and machines for upcoming jobs to maintain smooth workflow Identify and report equipment or quality issues promptly Maintain machine cleanliness, readiness, and basic upkeep according to operational standards Follow WHS protocols and maintain a safe, organised work area Record machine activity and job completion data as required What We're Looking For Experience operating CNC machinery, press-brakes, or similar production equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills Ability to read job sheets, follow production instructions, and maintain high-quality standards Reliable and safety-focused with excellent attention to detail Team player capable of assisting with workflow preparation as needed How to Apply For more information, call On Line Recruitment on (02) 4421 2700, or click "APPLY NOW" to submit your application instantly.
