Sales support coordinator

Offer description

This role provides critical support to the National Sales Team, combining sharp administrative skills with a strong focus on building supplier and customer relationships. You'll maintain accurate CRM and ERP data, manage lead qualification and reporting, and coordinate supplier product information to ensure our teams and customers always have the right information at the right time. We're looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, and personable — we'll teach you the rest.

Key Accountabilities

* Provide admin support to the sales team.
* Ensure pricing alignment and log conversions in CRM.
* Triage customer queries; coordinate with Customer Service for resolution.
* Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate product information for customer briefs and internal files.
* Maintain updated product data from suppliers: pricing, barcodes, pallet info, and dimensions.
* Prepare and maintain Customer Directories.
* Produce bi-weekly sales decks, pipeline notes, and action registers.
* Monitor market launches and share insights with the team.
* Support workflow automation and process improvements.
* Assist with tenders, launch packs and pitch documents.

Internal: Sales Teams, Customer Service, Admin, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing

External: Customers, suppliers,and distributor partners

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

* Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excel experience is a must
* Experience working in a CRM environment.
* Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
* Exposure to FMCG, hardware, pharmacy, or distribution.
* Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
