In our 19 years of operation, we've boasted a number of achievements including being chosen to be the exclusive supplier of equipment for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games As our brand grows, so does the team - we are now looking to bring on our next Sales Representative to be part of this next phase of growth, including into the activewear market.

**About You**
- As a retail store manager or assistant manager, you love greeting customers and collaboratively working with your team to increase sales. But now are looking to move into a role where every day is different, with the opportunity to work outside of a store or office setting.
- You find it important to ask deeper questions about the customer's needs such as their size and style preference to further understand what they are looking for to provide a tailored recommendation.
- You're always looking for something to do whether it be leaving no customers waiting on the shop floor or walking throughout the store ensuring the stock is neat and presentable.
- In your time off you live and breathe fitness: Whether that's in the gym, on the sporting field, or you're just an admirer of sport. You may not have realized your passion can bring you a career with growth in sales.
**About the Role**
You will drive Sting's growth across NSW through:
- Regularly speaking with, and visiting our existing clients such as larger sports retailers and smaller specialty stores. Ensuring they have enough marketing material, stock, and are up to date on training for new staff by walking through the stores and speaking with managers and staff members.
- Understanding the needs of our existing clients by speaking to store managers about the performance of different products. Also identifying opportunities to provide solutions and achieve growth for all stakeholders.
- Expanding the network of Sting Sports by visiting new gyms and retailers as well as speaking with store managers about our products and their selling points.
- Setting up stalls and events in gyms which includes organising a DJ, activities, and food, as well as talking to people about our brand and showcasing products.
