In this role you will: · Provide executive support to the State General Manager · Manage branch administration tasks including reception duties · Ensure the professional upkeep of the office and staff amenities · Plan, coordinate, and execute branch and customer events and meetings · Financial administration and production of monthly management reports · Coordinate facilities and property requirements, acting as an escalation point for property issues · Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers · Oversee WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid responsibilities for the branch About you · Demonstrated experience providing executive support to senior leaders · Experience coordinating branch administration, facilities management or property services · Proven experience organising events, meetings and staff engagement activities · Exposure to financial administration such as invoice processing, expense reconciliation and budget tracking.
· Experience with MS Office suite products particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher and Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop · Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and minute-taking · High level of organisation and time management to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
