The Project & Finance Administrator will perform various coordination tasks and update and maintain reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support successful portfolio delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
- Financial Management OPEX:
- Annual Budgeting
- Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Forecasting
- Maintaining KPIs
- Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Reporting
- Accruals / Invoice Processing
- Credit Card Reconciliations
Vendor Management:
- Service Order / Agreements / MSA tracking and reporting
- Vendor Engagement
- Commercial Negotiations
- Funding Justifications / SOW / WoC / A4’s / A3’s
- Purchase Order Creation
- Maintaining Documentation
Project Coordination:
- Support the Project Planning and Budgeting Process
- Funding Justifications - A4’s / A3’s
- Service Order Reviews
- Purchase Order Creation
- Accruals / Invoice Processing
- Monthly Forecasting
- Monthly Reporting
- Maintaining KPIs
- Consumption Management:
- Licensing / Consumption tracking
