Our Out of Home Care (OOHC) services offer a variety of child protection, youth justice, outreach, family intervention and family support services. About the Role
The Onboarding Coordinator - Out of Home Care delivers a supportive and compliant onboarding experience for new Youth Workers. The role is involved in recruitment, including screening candidates, attending interviews and contributing to recruitment decisions. You will manage the onboarding process from recruitment through induction and early employment, ensuring employees are ready for their roles and meet child safety and compliance requirements.
This is a permeant Full-time position offering 76 hours a fortnight.
About You
You are an organised and approachable professional with experience in Youth Work or Out of Home Care. You can manage multiple onboarding processes, understand compliance and child safety requirements and build strong working relationships with new employees and internal stakeholders.
Credentials and Qualifications
* Degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent experience
* Experience in Youth Work or Out of Home Care
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding or workforce coordination
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Licensed Care Service (LCS) clearance
* Valid QLD Driver's Licence
