We are seeking an Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture with the ability to lead projects across all phases, encompassing concept/schematic design, design development, technical documentation, and contract administration.

About you
* You may be a recently registered Architect in Australia or an experienced Graduate of Architecture with minimum 5 years of local experience.
* You will be responsible for the design, documentation, procurement, and delivery of Architectural projects in collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors, within a framework of Integrated Management System, i.e., ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO Occupational Health & Safety). You will be responding efficiently to time and budget criteria.
* You must either currently reside in Alice Springs, NT, or be willing to relocate by January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, articulate, and document project briefs and proposals to deliver innovative, functional design solutions and high-quality project outcomes that respond to client needs.
* Manage/assist to manage the preparation, collate information from the sub-consultants, coordination and submission of fee proposals, capability statements, expressions of interests and complex tenders/submissions from start to completion.
* Work closely with the Managing Director/Regional Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
* Manage/assist to manage tendering processes, analyse tender outcomes, and prepare reports for clients.
* Author technical design solutions supported by strong AutoCAD and REVIT skills.
* Manage/assist to manage fees and internal project budgets.
* Coordinate work within project teams, including external consultants through all phases of a project to ensure project quality, requirements and timelines are met.
* Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and architecture.
* Tertiary qualifications in Architecture.
* Registered Architect in Australia.
* Strong organisational, creative, communication and presentation skills.
* Strong AutoCAD and REVIT documentation skills.
* Solid 3D modelling and rendering experience.
