**Your new role**
Their dynamic team is seeking a Business Change Manager within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division. As a Business Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change initiatives and managing communications to enhance business processes and digital solutions.
Change Management Strategy:
- Develop and implement a best practice change management and communications strategy to support successful project delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and manage the impact of change on business operations and prepare staff for transitions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, business champions, staff, and students, and facilitate forums and discussions to gain commitment from them to embrace new processes and systems.
- Develop and enact robust change management plans, working closely with senior leaders and business representatives.
Training and Support:
- Lead the delivery of training, customising vendor training packages as needed and developing training materials for impacted areas.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, profiling, and data analysis to proactively address arising issues and minimise adverse impacts.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in business change management or communications within a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic advice on complex change matters and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven project and change management experience, including planning, coordination, and implementation of diverse methodologies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, including experience analysing complex data and preparing plans for business change management.
