About the Role
The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported, while also providing exceptional service to guests during their stay with us.
Main Responsibilities:
* Run night audits and prepare accurate financial reports;
* Evaluate guest satisfaction through comments, suggestions, or complaints received;
* Maintain high levels of security within the hotel overnight by conducting property checks;
* Promote brand standards of quality in every interaction with guests;
