Drive Digital Transformation with Business Acumen
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead digital transformation projects in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing existing relationships and bringing on new clients and contacts in these verticals. Your primary focus will be on driving new business activity across your territory and creating strategic account and territory development plans.
You will lead and manage regional resources, working closely with expert mobile developers and digital transformation consultants in the APAC region. Additionally, you will develop offshore strategies for delivering key CX and BPO solutions, collaborating with key business partners.
Key requirements include 5+ years' experience selling consulting/professional services focused on digital transformation projects, as well as desired experience selling Generative AI, CX, UX, App Dev, Lowcode, Cloud, BPO, etc.
Essential skills and qualifications: New business hunter with the ability to develop new logos within existing and net new accounts; contacts within a wide range of Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Superannuation customers are mandatory.
You will have a passion for all things digital and how transformation projects can be applied to improve business outcomes worldwide. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will be a collaborative team player who is happy to share ideas, push boundaries, and challenge the status quo.
