Trio Automotive Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team in Gladstone. We are looking for a dedicated individual eager to develop their career within our company.
The ideal candidate should be career-oriented and interested in long-term growth. You should be team-focused, aiming to achieve company goals, with ongoing training provided to support your development. Trio Automotive Group is the ESP for RACQ, covering Gympie to Gladstone and surrounding areas, providing 24/7 Towing & Roadside assistance.
The right candidate will be confident in assisting customers. While experience in administration is beneficial, it is not essential. We value candidates passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
Requirements for the Office Administrator Role A strong work ethic Handling a high volume of phone and email inquiries Data entry and administrative duties Scheduling transport bookings Liaising with drivers and customers Building strong customer relationships Exceptional customer service and phone manners Proficiency with office software and systems Confidence in approaching businesses across Queensland Invoicing and parts ordering Qualifications for Success A positive, creative mindset Open Car License and reliable transport Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude Attention to detail and ability to multitask within tight timeframes Willingness to go the extra mile and a sense of urgency Team player and self-motivated Why Join Us?
