A popular Cafe/Barkery on the sunshine coast is looking for their next Super Star Leader We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Front of House (FOH) operations in our vibrant bakery café. What you'll do
* Full‑time position working closely with the Store Manager
* Oversee FOH service and ensure smooth daily operations
* Manage and motivate a team of approximately 23 staff, including juniors
* Drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service
* Collaborate on promotions, upselling strategies, and customer engagement
* Ensure compliance with OHS and workplace safety standards
What You'll Need
* 2‑3 years' experience in a leadership role within hospitality (café, bakery, or restaurant preferred)
* Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* A hands‑on approach – you'll work alongside the team to deliver outstanding service
* Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is a plus
* Understanding of OHS regulations and safe work practices
