This role provides essential care to support older individuals in maintaining their independence within their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care: showering, dressing
* Assisting with daily household tasks: meal preparation, light cleaning
* Facilitating transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping endeavors
* Supporting medication management
About You
* You are empathetic, patient, and solutions-focused
* Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred or you may be starting your career in aged care
* A valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (can be obtained through training)
