This role involves providing exceptional customer service experiences to members from around the globe. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in every interaction.
Key responsibilities include speaking to international members via phone calls, promoting our products and services, and driving first call resolution to queries. This fast-paced inbound call centre environment requires the ability to multi-task and navigate systems while communicating with customers.
Requirements for this role include previous experience in customer service, the ability to work in a structured environment, and a willingness to learn and maintain new skills. Flexibility and a positive work approach are also essential.
