Job description
My client is a leading building group who specialise in Residential Homes, as they continue to expand their offering across Victoria, they are now looking to add a Pre-Construction specialist to join their Customer Service Team.
This role would see you look after a portfolio of builds and support the client through their Pre Site journey (including permits), with some occasional support during the construction phase.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Presenting and putting together HIA Contracts
* Managing council & developer approvals
* Liaising with clients on finance
* Managing the building permit process
* Work closely with Drafting & Estimating to manage contract variations
* Support clients throughout the Pre Site journey keeping in regular contact with them
About You:
* 12 + Months of experience working with a Residential Builder
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* An ability to handle difficult conversations and be solutions focused
* Genuinely passionate about the building industry
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
