'Boutique Coffee at Work' is a Melbourne-based company delivering a premium coffee experience to offices and workplaces across the city and broader Melbourne area, as well as some interstate clients. The Role:
You'll be the face of Boutique Coffee at Work, visiting our clients (in company vehicle) to ensure they get the best coffee experience every day. This role combines technical servicing, client care, and business development opportunities for someone ready to take ownership.
What You'll Do:
* Visit Melbourne workplaces to clean and service coffee machines (in a branded company van).
* Restock and manage beans, chocolate, cups, and other consumables
* Troubleshoot and maintain machine functionality (training provided)
* Build strong client relationships and spot opportunities to improve service
* Prepare and possibly issue invoices on the spot
* Help shape systems, processes, and growth strategies as we expand
* Help source new clients using skills gained from previous roles.
What We're Looking For:
* Positive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
* Australian citizenship is required for this role
* You'll need to be hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working independently
* Great communication skills and customer service mindset
* Technical aptitude (or willingness to learn)
* You will be viewed as a Coffee Machine Service Consultant, so by using your polished people skills, you will help guide our customers and clients to the right Coffee Machine Solution.
* Possible additional training as a Coffee Machine Service Technician will also be offered, if desired. This will also increase your remuneration.
* You will be introduced to all clients and suppliers, so that you are comfortable and start to form professional relationships.
* Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
* A full driver's licence is required to operate the company vehicle
* Full driver's licence is required
* Must hold a full car licence to operate the company vehicle
* Interest in growth, leadership, and long-term opportunities
* Flexible availability on any weekdays within business hours to meet the initial 10-15 hours per week requirement
* Digital marketing skills will be looked at favourably and results will be rewarded with attractive bonuses, plus added hours
* Ability and confidence in cold calling on the phone and in person, will also be looked at favourably and results will be rewarded with bonuses
