**About the company**
Our client is an NDIS provider, offering specialized healthcare products for people with a range of disabilities & health issues across Australia.
Due to volumes & growth & volumes, we are looking for
**Customer Service Consultants to commence ASAP.**
**These are 12-month fixed-term contract roles to clear a backlog of work with the possibility of extension/permanency.**
**The Opportunity**:
This is a full-time perm role paying
**$62,244 + Super + $16K Salary Sacrificing + Additional Tax Benefits & Discounts**.
The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM with some flexibility depending on company needs.
**At present this is a full-time role with hybrid working & flexible working arrangements available. 3-4 days of work from home is offered after training which can be 4-8 weeks depending on a case-by-case basis.**
**About you**:
You naturally have a great attitude with an outlook of no job is too big or small. You are passionate about helping others, are naturally empathetic & enjoy being busy.
- **Previous Customer Service Experience ideally in a contact center**:
- **Prior experience in NDIS/disability sector is highly regarded but not essential**:
- **Emotionally resilient & able to have difficult conversations**:
- 24 months experience in a customer service role Minimum
- Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
- Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
