Overview
We are seeking an ICT Support Engineer to join our team in regional Mallacoota, Victoria.
This role supports our community care operations and enhances service coordination in a dynamic, digitally evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support digital tools used in rostering, scheduling, and service delivery
Provide responsive ICT support and resolve technical issues for staff
Digitise and maintain service forms, records, and dashboards
Collaborate with service coordinators to streamline and improve digital processes
Train staff in the use of relevant ICT systems and tools
Ensure data integrity, privacy, and backups in line with organisational policies
Support the implementation of ICT projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related qualification
Strong skills in ICT systems administration and end-user support
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Clear and effective communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with digital rostering systems or CRMs (desirable)
Understanding of data protection and privacy within healthcare settings
Skills in Cybersecurity
Training on Digital Safety for vulnerable clients and other end users
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in community health or aged care (highly recommended)
