You'll be at the forefront of our branch network, engaging with customers in-person and over the phone to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
This includes assisting with identity verification, cash access through our Smart ATMs, personal and business lending, and fraud and scam support.
Your goal will be to empower customers to make the most of their money every day.
What You'll Need
* Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing or phone-based role with targets
* The ability to handle challenging situations with resilience
* A comfort level working towards sales and referral targets, calling customers over the phone
* Numerical capability for cash handling and counting with accuracy
* An energetic personality and passion for helping people
* The willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
