La Salle Academy is seeking a committed and visionary KLA Middle Leader - Mathematics to lead the growth, innovation, and excellence of our Mathematics faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about inspiring staff and students and shaping high‐quality learning experiences.
About the Role
* Lead and support teachers in developing engaging, contemporary, and effective pedagogical practices.
* Promote a collaborative professional culture that supports innovation, continuous growth, and high standards.
* Analyse data (NAPLAN, ROSA, HSC) to drive improvement and inform teaching practices.
* Oversee assessment, reporting, and curriculum compliance, ensuring consistency and quality across the faculty.
* Manage faculty budgets, resources, and policies to support effective teaching and learning.
* Mentor new and experienced staff, fostering faculty identity, morale, and professional growth.
* Collaborate closely with the school leadership team to ensure alignment with school priorities and Catholic values.

* A passionate educator with a strong background in Mathematics.
* Experienced in leading teams and driving excellence in teaching and learning.
* Skilled in data analysis, assessment, and curriculum planning.
* Able to foster collaboration, support staff development, and maintain high professional standards.
