Corporate Communications Advisor Develop and deliver engaging internal and corporate communications that connect people to Dairy Australia's purpose, priorities and impact. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, this role shapes how we communicate with our people, dairy farmers and stakeholders, ensuring messages are clear, timely, consistent and aligned with organisational priorities. This is a 12‐month Parental Leave contract suited to a confident communications professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast‐paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with delivery.Key responsibilitiesManage and optimise our intranet, DairyHub, as the central hub for internal communications, including publishing engaging, accurate content, auditing information and supporting users through guidance and training.Develop and manage a coordinated internal communications calendar, aligning messages and initiatives with organisational priorities.Deliver initiatives within the internal communications strategy, including coordination of the monthly all‐hands townhall meeting and key People & Culture campaigns (e.g. WHS Week).Provide trusted advice to internal stakeholders on best‐practice communications, writing standards and protocols to strengthen consistency and impact.Develop and deliver corporate communications aligned with the Farmer Communications Strategy.Contribute to key organisational publications including the Strategic Plan, Annual Report, Performance Report and Annual Investment Plan.Develop content around Dairy Australia priorities, including sustainability commitments, in collaboration with subject matter experts and the Experience team, including website content, case studies and key messages.Support delivery of events, sponsorships and corporate activities including the Annual General Meeting, industry events, merchandise and apparel management.About You You're a confident, detail‐driven communications professional who enjoys working across a diverse organisation and building strong relationships.QualificationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to advise and influence.A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.Creativity, initiative and a practical, solutions‐focused mindset.Confidence presenting to diverse audiences.A diploma or degree in communications, marketing or public relations.Experience developing and delivering communications campaigns.Proven ability to develop processes, procedures and report on effectiveness.Agricultural and/or dairy industry communications experience (desirable).Strong computer skills including web publishing, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.BenefitsFlexibility that works:Hybrid working across our Southbank office and home office.
