We're partnering with a highly respected, design-driven architecture studio to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Project Architect to join their growing team.
This role provides the chance to lead and deliver high-quality, complex innovative architectural projects as well as offering great potential to progress into a more senior role in the future. Current project mix spans large Mixed Use, Hospitality, and Living/Residential projects.
Your duties as Senior Project Architect will include but are not limited to:
* Lead projects from post DA.
* Guide and mentor the internal project team.
* Produce and oversee construction documentation and revisions (Revit).
* Work directly with clients, building and enriching existing relationships.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Ensure compliance standards are met throughout the design and build stages.
The successful applicant will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
* Australian Registered Architect - Preferred.
* Solid understanding of Revit.
* Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduation, local Australian studio experience.
* Sound knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
* Proven ability to problem-solve and deliver well-resolved architectural solutions.
