Community Nurse (Registered or Enrolled)

Registered Nurses (RNs) or Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in community care deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes, including hands-on assistance with daily living activities, personal care, ongoing assessment and monitoring, medication administration, wound management, and other health-related tasks.
What you'll do:
* Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care at home
* Support clients with medication, wound care, and daily living needs
* Monitor health and wellbeing, update care plans, and liaise with families and teams
* Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life
What you'll bring:
* Current RN or EN registration (AHPRA)
* Driver's licence and reliable car
* National Police Clearance (Aged Care)
* First Aid & CPR
* A caring nature, great communication, and teamwork skills
