The Mental Health Graduate Nurse Program is an entry-level program designed for registered nurses to gain valuable experience and transition from undergraduate programs to advanced beginner practitioners. The program offers a unique opportunity for nurses to develop their skills in mental health nursing, working with consumers to meet their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and plan care for consumers, developing individualized treatment plans.
* Implement evidence-based practices, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
* Provide information and education on mental health maintenance and restoration, coordinating care and providing talking therapy.
