**Job Title** (Job Code): APSYS Leader / Continuous Improvement Leader (QC-AP-02)
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- The APSYS Leader will drive and coordinate locally (within a site/ cluster/ project) with all métier the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap.
- APSYS Deployment - Animate, coordinate and challenge improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps using APSYS toolbox to deliver operational performance & develop local best practices that will be share with the steering committee.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
**APSYS Deployment**:
- Work with the Site Director on strategic transformation, using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
- Train the team on the APSYS program, methodologies, requirements and tools on the site or project.
- Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on-field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools.
- Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps.
- Consolidate and report deployment status on a monthly basis to Depot Managers and APSYS Central team/ ANZ Quality.
- Contribute to site target definition using site Quality Cost Delivery objectives and APSYS roadmap.
- Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on APSYS requirements.
- Assist the Operations by reviewing task sequencing, reducing non-added value tasks, developing methods and tools to improve results.
- Ensure action plan set-up and follow-up for the site(s) and Depot(s).
- Support 5S and visual management set up at depot(s) level.
- Map local processes flow chart and identify room for improvement, muda to be addressed.
- Support Quality Teams in Problem Solving approach with proper implementation and tailoring of problem solving methods (QRQC, 8D..)
**APSYS Assessment**:
- Responsible for self-assessment consolidation and APSYS assessment week / support mission's preparation (logistics / accommodation, agenda, people availability)
- Perform APSYS assessments on other sites / projects as required
**Audits**:
- Is responsible of site self-assessment and prepare APSYS audit on site.
- Practice (and host) internal and external benchmarks.
- Identify good practices and transmit them to the APSYS Community.
**APSYS Network**
- Participate to APSYS events (webinars, APSYS award...)
- Contribute as trainer to global training program deployment (eg: TrAMway, AQP/AQL, etc) in other sites / projects
- Share good practices & benchmarks (internal / external) within APSYS network)
**Performance measurements**:
- Successful Lean impact on the métier
- Progress from Y-1 to Y on APSYS maturity and done at each audit.
- Site KPI improvement (absenteeism, safety, QCD, etc.).
- Efficiency gains in Maintenance activities
- Contribution to APSYS community (benchmark, audit, training).
**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**
**Educational Requirements**_**Mandatory**:
- University degree (technical/engineering)
**Desirable**:
- Post graduate degree/ further studies (technical/engineering)
**Experience
**Mandatory**:
- Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects
- Ability to coach the project team and site management
- Use of lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset)
**Desirable**:
- Ability to develop a network across all sites
- Lean DNA
