Home-Based Services Manager
This key role oversees daily operations of Home-Based services in a designated area ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will enable and ensure young people and their carers receive high-quality personalised support aligning with individual care plans and respecting choices and needs.
* You will manage the day-to-day activities of the service, overseeing the smooth operation of services to achieve desired outcomes.
* You will lead a team of engaged Case Managers, work closely with other service providers building strong partnerships.
Beyond managing services you will support supervise a team of professionals, collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies that meet our objectives.
