The Role:
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will:
* Support customer delivery across key portfolios in Australia and New Zealand.
* Utilize the epx EDGE platform to analyze data and produce reports on energy and water performance.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customer engineering, asset management, and sustainability teams.
* Identify and communicate energy and water saving opportunities and equipment faults.
* Conduct monthly teleconferences and, at a minimum, annual site visits to drive action and client engagement.
* Ensure adherence to ISO processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the EDGE software.
* Produce quarterly global reports on energy and contract performance.
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in HVAC systems, BEMS, or Energy Management.
* Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
