About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, connecting with customers, and building a vibrant team culture. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing inventory management and visual merchandising to ensure our store looks top-notch and runs smoothly.
* Developing and implementing strategies to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff, fostering a positive and high-energy environment.
* Managing and supporting the operations of opening a new store, including various projects to ensure a seamless launch.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Requirements:

* A proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Passion for outdoor sports and a deep understanding of the Salomon brand and products.
* Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
