About the Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients\' needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
* Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
* Deliver care in accordance with the client\'s care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Skills & Experience
* Passionate about making a difference.
* A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
* Coachable
* Previous caregiving experience is an asset. Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
* Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset!
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
* Reliable transport to travel between client homes (public transport acceptable, own vehicle preferred)
* Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset
* Physical ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care tasks
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
