Business Analyst for ServiceNow Implementation
A strategic Business Analyst is required to support the implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This role is central to eliciting and shaping functional requirements for business workflows, with a strong focus on automation and process optimisation.
* Lead stakeholder engagement to gather and validate functional requirements
* Facilitate workshops and produce business process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
* Act as liaison between internal units and external vendor teams
* Maintain and manage a prioritised backlog of use cases aligned to a phased roadmap
* Support planning, UAT, training coordination, and change impact assessments
* Ensure traceability, quality, and governance of requirements across the delivery lifecycle
Required Skills:
* 5+ years as Business Analyst in large-scale projects (preferably in government or regulated sectors)
* Strong experience in agile environments
* Familiarity with workflow platforms (e.g. Salesforce, PEGA, Dynamics)
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in documenting user stories, process flows, and specifications using tools like Visio
* Demonstrated experience working with vendors and supporting change enablement initiatives
