About Lead Float Attendant:

This role suits someone who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences, fostering strong relationships with clients, and promoting the value of our services. Sales experience is advantageous, and comprehensive product training is provided.

We have a dynamic team that operates 7 days a week until 9pm, offering shift schedules from 8am - 2.45pm and 2.45pm - 9.30pm daily. The ideal candidate will work 2-4 shifts per week (15-28 hours) and be responsible for ensuring exceptional standards are met in customer service, sales, and centre management.

* Client Relations: Develop rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded daily.
* Sales: Utilize product knowledge to promote value-added options, tailored to meet individual client healthcare needs.
* Educational Services: Educate clients on the benefits of our services, focusing on physical and mental wellbeing.
* Centre Management: Effectively manage appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-presented facility at all times.
* Administration and Booking Management: Manage administrative duties and booking processes efficiently.
* Clinical Documentation Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant clinical documentation requirements.


As a Lead Float Attendant, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards, building strong client relationships, and managing the centre effectively.
