Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our Centre in Albany, Western Australia. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the Centre Director and team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved), as well as a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification. Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead the team in providing exceptional early learning and care
* Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team members
* Take on overall management responsibilities for the centre when the Centre Director is absent
* Evaluate and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
