Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage a medium sized, well maintained portfolio
* Conduct lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
* Oversee advertising, open inspections & private viewings
* Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants & contractors
* Handle ingoings, routine inspections, repairs & maintenance
* Manage rental arrears & tribunal hearings (when required)
What You Need to Succeed
* Previous property management experience is essential
* A high level of care, customer service & industry passion
* Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
* Valid SA Property Management License
