OverviewProvide consultant level management of inpatients admitted under a General Medical Unit within RDH. This will encompass the assessment of acute general medical inpatients, appropriate investigation and formulation of a management plan. High level of leadership skills will be required to manage a large team of junior staff in a busy unit. An exceptional understanding of complex discharge planning and willingness to engage ambulatory care services to ensure timely discharges will be required in our challenging environment. This is a part time vacancy available for 0.8 (28 hrs and 30 mins) per week.
