About The Role
Our Governance, Risk and Compliance team is expanding, and we’re looking for Managers to join our community of solvers. You’ll assist clients in gaining confidence in managing organisational risks, including those in program design, implementation, and delivery. Your work involves designing, implementing, and delivering digitally-enabled assurance, compliance, regulatory, and risk management frameworks across organisations or within specific policy programs.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
* Governance, risk, and compliance
* Leading projects, including planning, testing, reviewing, and reporting on large and complex client engagements
* Contributing to various projects throughout the year
* Developing team skills through coaching and mentorship
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management, research, and problem-solving skills
In our GRC team, your impact will be seen by:
* Partnering with clients on large transformation programs to mitigate risks
* Developing risk management strategies to drive compliance and improve processes
* Identifying risk areas and process improvements by understanding client strategies and regulatory environments
* Helping clients navigate evolving risk landscapes through testing, control effectiveness assessments, and impactful reporting
