You will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating trades and ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily site activities
-Lead and manage site crews
-Interpret and work from construction drawings
-Coordinate and understand cladding and glazing works
-Manage material orders
-Manage site safety and compliance
-Liase with project managers and other trades
Requirements
-Proven experience in the role or similar
-Strong background in cladding and glazing
-Ability to confidently read and interpret construction plans and shop drawings
-Experience in onsite management, strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality
