Estimator/Supervisor - Insurance Building
Our team is seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our expanding operations in Ballina, Byron. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail in interpreting scopes of work.
About the Role:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare reports scopes of work and quotes in accordance with industry standards.
* Manage the end-to-end repair process following accurate assessment of insurance claims.
* Work closely with Claims Coordinators and trade partners to plan, schedule, and deliver quality and timely repair works.
Requirements:
* Insurance building industry experience.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
