Court Network is a frontline community organisation that supports people to access the court system. Our role is to empower and increase the confidence of court users to manage the requirements of the courts. The service is delivered by highly-trained volunteers (Networkers) across Victoria and Queensland who provide support on a non-judgemental and confidential basis. In Queensland, Court Network provides Court Reception Services for Specialist DFV Court (Southport, Beenleigh, Brisbane, Ipswich).

**The focus of the role will be to**:
- ** Lead Court Network's state-wide operations in Queensland**:

- ** Lead and manage a staff team and a small volunteer team**:

- ** Manage the Queensland budget and associated financial management processes, ensuring practices are ethical and accountable**:

- ** Establish, nurture and expand successful philanthropic and corporate partnerships**:
- ** Lead and drive innovation, growth and success of Court Network in Queensland**
**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
1.1 Relevant tertiary qualifications (social work, public policy, organisational development, criminology or other similar degree) and experience in courts or social justice field.
1.2 High level experience in managing staff teams effectively.
1.3 Experience in working in the not-for-profit sector or with volunteer workforces.
1.4 Demonstrated innovative, proactive and creative approach to sourcing new opportunities and achieving success in growth
**Knowledge and Skills**
2.1 Demonstrated understanding of current strategic issues impacting on the administration of justice or on access to justice for court users.
2.2 Understanding of family violence reform initiatives at State and Commonwealth level.
2.3 Experience in development and implementation of project or policy initiatives.
2.4 Experience in building strong relationships and representing an organisation at the highest level to external stakeholders.
