They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage baseline construction programs, including fortnightly updates, lookaheads, delay tracking, and EOT management to ensure timely delivery.
* Oversee all on-site construction activities from establishment to completion, ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
* Collaborate with the Senior Contracts Administrator to scope trade packages, manage tenders, endorse subcontractor selection, and ensure procurement aligns with budget and program.
* Enforce WHS, quality, and environmental standards, including approving plans and SWMS, managing inspections and audits, closing NCRs, and maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to safety breaches.
* Lead site teams and subcontractors, chair progress meetings, resolve on-site issues, and prepare accurate monthly reports covering cost, cash flow, procurement, and program performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on residential Class 2 projects.
* Proven success in delivering multi-unit developments from concept through to completion.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.` `
* Solid understanding of construction programming, procurement, and contract administration.
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
