What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development
* Proven success in industrial field sales (Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred)
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Business savvy with analytical mindset
* Results‐driven, proactive, and collaborative
* Familiarity with SAP & Microsoft tools

* E‐commerce knowledge
* Experience in Matrix organizations
* Project management or Automation & Control expertise
