Customer Project Delivery Manager – Origin Energy
About the role
The Centralised Energy Services implementations business unit is responsible for developing, delivering and operating electricity, hot water, solar and other emerging energy services to commercial and residential customers. We are looking for an experienced plumber or electrician who is seeking to develop their career in the project management stream. As Customer Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of a pipeline of Origin's centralised energy services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and management of projects within approved budget.
* Procurement and installation of equipment.
* Internal liaison with Origin's Sales, Engineering, Design, Procurement/Supply Chain, HSE and commercial teams to ensure cost-effective installation.
* External liaison with consultants, builders, developers, equipment suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered efficiently.
* HSE field compliance.
About You
Whether you're a qualified Electrician or Plumber seeking to transition into corporate project management, or a seasoned project leader with experience in solar, EV, battery, or similar, this is your opportunity to grow with a big-brand organisation committed to innovation and sustainability. * At least 2–5 years' experience in energy services installations or construction project management.
* Good oral communication and presentation skills and subcontractor management experience.
* Product knowledge in other energy services such as electricity, water, solar and emerging services would be beneficial.
* A self-starter attitude with a proven ability to work autonomously towards tight timeframes and achieve project outcomes.
* Contribute to a hard-working, dedicated team with an enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
