Overview
Men are dying too young – and it doesn't have to be that way. Around the world, men face a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. Movember is on a mission to change the face of men's health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer, healthier lives. You'll be part of a moustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.
DO GOOD. Work for Movember.
Your Mo-Mission (should You Choose To Accept It)
As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be embedded in cross-functional product teams at Movember, leading the human-centred design process and bringing deep expertise in one of our cause areas, whether that's fundraising, mental health, cancer or beyond.
You'll own the end-to-end design process: gathering and synthesising audience insights, planning and conducting user testing, and creating wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate complex creative problem-solving. You'll translate messy, complex user data into clear and meaningful insights, delivering compelling recommendations through well-crafted artefacts and presentations that move stakeholders to action.
Beyond the craft, you'll lead design strategy within your product team. Shaping discovery processes, providing roadmap-level effort estimates, and guiding less senior team members in adopting best-practice UX approaches. You'll identify opportunities for new products, validate (or disprove) ideas, and bring that thinking directly into stakeholder decision making.
You're a skilled workshop facilitator who can plan, coordinate and deliver sessions that generate genuinely innovative solutions, and an equally valuable contributor when someone else is holding the room. You'll influence senior stakeholders with confidence, always steering toward the best possible outcomes for Movember's users and communities.
Responsibilities
* Minimum 5+ years' experience operating at a senior level within product design, with clear ownership of end-to-end design work and outcomes

* Strong capability across UX, UI and product thinking, with the ability to move from problem definition through to high-quality visual execution
* Demonstrated experience leading workshops and design sessions, and confidently presenting work to senior stakeholders (including Director-level or equivalent)
* High proficiency in Figma or a comparable prototyping tool, including producing high-fidelity prototypes and managing developer handoff
* Strong visual design craft, with a track record of delivering polished, production-ready UI rather than just wireframes or concepts
* Hands-on experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing, translating insights into clear design decisions
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and act as the go-to design lead within a team, rather than operating purely as an individual contributor
* Experience mentoring or supporting other designers and contributing to a strong design culture
