Job Description
* PMO Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Governance Analyst
* Collaborate with Portfolio Operations and project teams to align divisional activities with the implementation roadmap.
* Document current-state processes and co-design future-state workflows with key stakeholders.
* Elicit, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements in partnership with business and project teams.
* Participate in product demonstrations, showcases, and fortnightly Working Group forums.
* Contribute to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver targeted change communications to drive clarity and buy-in.
* Partner with the Project Change Manager to execute change plans, including impact assessments and communication strategies.
* Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate end-to-end system training delivery.
* Update business processes and documentation to align with the new system.
* Support data migration and go-live readiness activities.
* Develop Day-1 support plans, manage hypercare, and oversee transition to BAU in collaboration with project and business teams.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in consultancy, strategy, and change management within the Public Sector.
* Strong knowledge of business readiness and change management frameworks.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
