A Day in the Life of a Senior Business Manager
As a Senior Business Manager, you'll be:
* Leading and supporting your team daily – working front-of-house, preparing food, cleaning, and ensuring the restaurant operates as one cohesive unit.
* Driving excellence in product quality, customer experience, safety, and process.
* Coaching and training team members through hands-on development and online modules via the University of Subway.
* Managing compliance and upholding Subway's standards and systems.
* Recruiting, training, and rewarding your team to build a strong culture and pipeline of future leaders.
* Delivering results by meeting sales targets, improving KPIs, and creating a loyal customer base.
