Beyond its online presence, the company hosts regular art exhibitions, events, and pop-ups, and publishes a popular bi-annual print magazine.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Collingwood, VIC. As a Junior Account Manager, you will work within our Partnerships Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of client advertising and content-led campaigns across our website, email database and social media.

You will be responsible for trafficking advertising assets, monitoring results across all content and advertising campaigns, and preparing post-campaign reports for clients, collating data from Google Analytics, MixPanel and Social media. You will also liase with clients, sharing assets, info and results related to content-led campaigns.

You will also assist with online customer service for our print magazine via our Shopify store, responding to subscriber and/or purchaser email enquiries.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and a team player. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude who will bring energy and optimism to our small, hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities
* Trafficking and monitoring of display advertising (Website and EDM Banners) using Google Ad manager and WordPress
* Monitor results for custom content campaigns against agreed benchmarks, and address any delivery issues with support from team.
* Prepare post-campaign reports for client campaigns, collating data from Google Analytics, MixPanel, WordPress and Meta Business Suite.
* Creating post campaign reports using Canva and/or InDesign
* Share post-campaign performance reports with clients.
* Track and collate editorial performance data including story views, weekly website traffic, monthly website traffic, identifying high-performing stories and sharing data with team.
* Monitor social media performance (Instagram + Facebook + TikTok), identify high-performing posts and share with TDF team.
* Liase with clients to receive assets for sponsored stories.
* Manage paid boosts on social media content.
* The Design Files Magazine web-store customer service - handling email enquiries from our online Shopify store for magazine purchases and subscriptions, occasionally liasing with our magazine distributor.
* Assist team with occasional pop-up events after hours / on weekends. (approximately 3-4 times per year)
Desired Skills + Experience
* At least 1 year experience working in a similar role at a media agency or digital publisher.
* Experience using Google Analytics, Meta analytics, Google sheets and Microsoft Excel.
* Good with numbers, timelines and dates, spreadsheets
* Extremely organised
* An understanding of all major social media platforms - in particular the metrics / analytics provided by these platforms for creators / business accounts. (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
* Basic experience using Wordpress CMS and Canva is desired but not imperative.
* This is a junior role, suited to someone with 1-2 years of professional experience.
* The role is full-time, based primarily in our Collingwood office, commencing in May / June 2026 with a 12 week trial period.
