Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to oversee the delivery of our homelessness support programs across the Central Highlands region. This is a permanent full-time position based at Ballarat.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of our programs, which include Family Homelessness Specialist Support, A Place to Call Home, Support for Families at Risk, More than a House – Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP), and Private Rental Assistance Program (PRAP) Plus.
You will lead a team of professionals who deliver high-quality support services, providing leadership, supervision, and mentoring support to ensure the successful implementation of our programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in delivering housing or homelessness support programs
* Demonstrable supervisory experience within the community services sector
* An understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements for jurisdictions that services operate in
* The ability to engage and work effectively with consumers experiencing homelessness in a respectful and compassionate manner
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, community services or a related field, and a current driver's license
