* Customer & Stakeholder Engagement — Act as a key point of contact for OEMs, regulatory bodies, partners, and internal stakeholders.

What We Look For

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record within aviation maintenance, workshop management or technical operations, who can lead with empathy and clarity while driving business results. You are someone who values people development, takes ownership of challenges, and brings a solution-oriented mindset to everything you do.

* Experience — Min 5 years experienced in managing aviation workshop operations (Components, Avionics, or related technical areas).
* Qualifications — Technical qualifications in aircraft systems/maintenance/avionics or related support trades.
* Compliance — Strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated aviation environments (e.g., CASA, Part 145).
* Leadership — Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams or technical departments.
* Financial — Commercial awareness and experience in budget/P&L management and reporting.

Your Strengths

* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
