About the Role
Provides high quality administrative support to the Quality Department, supporting quality improvement activities, data collation, reporting, and accreditation requirements. The role assists the Quality and Risk Manager and Hospital Executive through effective coordination of documentation, meetings, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to the achievement of hospital quality and safety objectives.
Key Accountabilities
* Data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting support
* Preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
* Supporting accreditation activities and Quality Annual Plan objectives
* Coordinating consumer complaint documentation
* Maintaining confidentiality and privacy
* Providing general administrative and executive relief support

With 72 beds, it offers a comprehensive range of services including Bariatric, Dental, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Vascular, Day surgery and medical services. The hospital has 6 operating theatres, 28 bed Rehabilitation Unit, a 5 bed Close Observation Unit along with ward accommodation for medical and surgical patients in a combination of private and shared rooms.
