About The Role
* The position is based at our Ann Street office, working Monday to Friday.
* Induction training is provided for the first 3 weeks, based at our Chermside office.
* You will manage your own portfolio of motor claims.
* Claims are processed from start to finish.
* Problem-solving skills are essential to reach outcomes that benefit both clients and stakeholders.
* As the primary point of contact, you will facilitate smooth claim processing with customers, service providers, and assessors.
About You
* Familiarity with case or portfolio management is advantageous.
* Exceptional attention to detail is required, preferably with administrative experience.
* Strong communication skills are necessary to present information effectively.
